Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior Community Manager for the Marvel Strike Force team within Live Games. This remote or Mexico City–hybrid role focuses on owning the player voice across all channels and guiding the studio through player feedback.

You will lead engagement, strategic insights, and communications for launches and incidents. You will mentor junior staff, align with Marketing, Product, Live Ops, CRM, and Player Experience, and advance community initiatives that build belonging and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community, social, or player engagement.
• Experience managing community programs for live-service games.
• Strong judgment in player communication, prioritization, and escalation handling.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Live Ops, CRM, and/or Player Experience.
• Strong written and editorial instincts with the ability to adapt tone to different player situations.
• Experience translating player sentiment into actionable recommendations.
• Data-informed mindset with experience using engagement and feedback signals to improve outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship between the studio and the player community across all channels.
• Turn sentiment and feedback into strategic insights to shape product decisions.
• Drive player communications for launches and incidents across blogs, videos, social, and in-game messaging.
• Manage community initiatives, campaigns, and player programs to foster belonging.
• Collaborate with studio and partners during feature development to represent player needs.
• Close the loop by ensuring the community sees how feedback was used.
• Mentor other Community Managers to raise standards and processes.
