Nex Playground is seeking a Senior Community Manager to strengthen family voices across our brand community. You’ll nurture relationships with families, facilitate connections, and ensure family insights shape products, content, and marketing.

Work across Facebook, Reddit, and Circle to keep family perspectives central. Ideal for someone who loves building relationships, uncovering insights, and turning conversations into actions.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with community analytics, survey tools, and feedback platforms.
• Experience with family, gaming, education, consumer technology, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience creating customer stories, case studies, interviews, or editorial content.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community engagement and member experience across Nex community channels.
• Publish community content, prompts, announcements, and product education.
• Support and provide direction to moderators.
• Maintain moderation workflows, escalation paths, and community guidelines.
• Identify emerging questions, concerns, trends, and opportunities.
