Edward Rose & Sons in Carmel, IN is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead operations at the Icon on Main Apartments. You will oversee daily activities, budgeting, maintenance, resident relations, and team leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on maximizing revenue and retention, with responsibility for compliance, reporting, and coordinating with HOA and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in multi-use property management.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software.
• Previous experience in a management role is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• NALP and CAM certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for the community.
• Manage sales, service teams, applications, and lease renewals.
• Monitor occupancy rules, inspect vacancies, and document repairs.
• Work with leaders on budgeting and vendor contracts.
• Prepare weekly operational and financial reports.
