Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons seeks a Senior Community Manager for Icon on Main Apartments in Carmel, IN. You will lead daily operations, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and oversee maintenance and resident relations to maximize revenue and satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on management of a diverse team. You’ll partner with leaders to ensure compliance and deliver a safe, welcoming community for residents, guests, and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in multi-use property management is preferred.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community and team.
• Manage budgets, financials, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and contract compliance (if applicable, based on location).
• Foster resident relations and enforce rules and occupancy policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operations and finances.
• Support marketing and occupancy initiatives and be on-site for major incidents.
