Job summary

S&S Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead on-site operations for a 250-unit community in Fullerton, CA. You will supervise staff, oversee leasing and maintenance, and manage resident relations to ensure a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years residential property management experience.
• 3+ years as Community Manager in a 200+ unit community.
• Experience leading on-site staff.
• Proficient with Yardi and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Supervise daily activities of office staff.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns.
• Maintain resident files and Yardi data.
• Respond to resident inquiries and enforce community rules.
• Monitor budgets and assist with NOI optimization.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage capital projects.
