The role oversees property staff, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations, with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will manage leasing and maintenance workflows, ensure accurate Yardi records, and provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years residential property management experience.
• 3+ years as Community Manager in a 200+ unit multi-family community.
• Ability to lead and supervise on-site staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in office software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily office staff activities.
• Oversee leasing office and maintenance operations for the community.
• Ensure accuracy of resident files and Yardi data.
• Present community and apartments to prospective residents.
• Process lease applications and verifications.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain vacancy and occupancy reports daily.
• Enforce policies and community rules with follow-up.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance for capital projects.
