Raydar, a software company in San Francisco, seeks a Community & Field Marketing Lead to plan, run and measure the company’s presence across events, executive dinners, podcasts, webinars and community programs. You will own follow-up that turns interactions into sales meetings and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to plan and execute multi-session events and programs.
• Experience building and growing communities or user groups around a software product.
• Track record of delivering programs that drive pipeline or revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's presence at events, including presentations, exhibits and post-event outreach.
• Host executive dinners, manage guest lists, formats and venues.
• Run a short-form audio show end to end: find guests, schedule, record and repurpose episodes.
• Develop a recurring webinar program that delivers practical value to the audience.
• Build an online community for senior technology leaders.
• Be accountable for in-person and small-group program results tied to sales conversations.
