Linear is a remote-first company with optional offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. We are hiring our first Field Marketing Manager to move from strategy to execution, owning executive dinners and coordinating with Sales for follow-ups.

This role involves travel, evenings, and on-site events to engage named accounts and build a strong event program. You will work with a distributed team across North America, Europe, and Australia, and you’ll collaborate with the Customer team to plan

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events.
• Experience with software/SaaS or developer tools is a plus.
• Strong project management and budget familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive dinner calendar across cities, venues, dates, and themes.
• Build guest lists with the Customer team and track RSVPs to optimize attendance.
• Manage venues, negotiate menus, and track per-dinner spend, contracts, and travel logistics.
