Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Community Association Manager to foster thriving, well-run communities across our service area. You will lead relationships with boards and homeowners, coordinate vendors, and oversee the association’s finances, including budgeting and reporting.

The role requires a CAM license, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and a minimum of two years in management, with experience in high-rise condominiums and HOAs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate professional relationships with Board of Directors and homeowners; promptly address service requests and investigate complaints.
• Develop and foster relationships with association vendors and supervise service quality.
• Plan and oversee systems for protecting assets and records in a professional manner.
• Inspect community and facilities to determine maintenance and safety needs; communicate rules.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances.
• Manage association finances, understand financial statements, and advise the board.
