• Prepare for and attend Board, annual, and special meetings per management agreements.
• Conduct routine community inspections and oversee maintenance and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, proposals, contracts, and performance.
• Collaborate with accounting to prepare annual budgets and oversee finances.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, vendors, and boards.
