Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Communications Senior Associate in the Wilmington, DE, and Plano, TX area to join Consumer & Community Banking Technology and Product & Experience Communications. You will craft and deliver communications strategies for technology and executive audiences, helping leaders translate complex topics into clear messages for employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal, corporate and/or executive communications experience in technology or financial services
• Demonstrated success developing executive-level messages and communications strategies
• Experience working with C-suite executives
• Organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Creative and strategic thinker with ability to inspire confidence and collaborate with senior leaders
• Strong interpersonal skills and independent work style
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple communications
• Experience with intranet design, content development, and collaboration/measurement tools
• Travel is expected 10% of the time
• Finalists will complete a written test to verify skills

Responsibilities

• Support multiple senior executives with communications needs, including executive messages, site visits, presentations and town halls
• Create and executing strategic communications plans, including measurement of success
• Develop and managing communications tactics and channels as needed to support the strategy
• Seek out and writing interesting and compelling stories with a human connection
• Partner with internal/external partners to drive innovation and better ways of communicating
• Stay current with and provide guidance on emerging communication methods and technologies/tools
• Identify areas of efficiency and ways to execute responsibilities more simply and effectively
