Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear customer and partner messaging.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risk.
• Strong project management experience.
• Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates ownership by leading projects and clarifying ambiguities to reach goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute servicing communications across Chase channels (email, statements, direct mail, chase.com).
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product.
• Manage internal and external vendor relationships to deliver collateral on scope and on time.
• Refine servicing templates and document best practices for effective communications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by following controls and conducting regular material reviews for accuracy.
• Operate with minimal supervision and drive assigned projects to completion.
