Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Senior Specialist in Corporate Communications to drive strategic internal communications across Menu & Packaging, Brand, Advertising, BAM and DTT. You will consult with project owners, develop plans, and execute tactics in support of Restaurants and Operators with agency partners.

The role prioritizes collaboration, quick learning, and urgency as you bridge ROC with Enabling Services and Operations to roll out channel work and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business thinking around key strategies and initiatives, connecting to enterprise strategies.
• Communications consulting: build understanding of departmental strategies and develop communications plans, then lead the execution of tactics.
• Issues management: coordinate communications response to incidents and improve processes for issues communications.
• Project management: lead deadline-driven communications initiatives on budget and on time with agencies and creative services.
• Messaging: oversee messaging and materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Relationships: establish and maintain relationships with Corporate Communications and Operators.
• Audience: understand Operator/Restaurant needs and tailor communications; regular Restaurant visits with reports.
• Continuous improvement: translate trends into Chick-fil-A's fast-moving business.
