Job summary

Chick-fil-A Corporate is seeking a Senior Lead Researcher to drive customer insights and strategic research plans across the brand, including supply chain impact on customer experience. The role partners with Supply Chain, Sensory, and Marketing teams to design analytics, insights and activation plans.

Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years in research leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in research leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and driving insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain to create learning plans and identify knowledge gaps.
• Serve as primary research lead for supply continuity projects to ensure consistent Customer experience.
• Lead transformational supply chain projects including new procedures, equipment, and products.
• Collaborate with Sensory team to integrate insights from trained panelists and Customer research.
• Work with Customer Listening team to assess impact of supply initiatives on Customer experience.
• Innovate research methodologies and reporting in support of Supply Chain initiatives.
• Coordinate with CMI Food Analytics to assess impact on customer experience and sales.
• Support Marketing Food initiatives where capacity allows.
