Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate/internal communications, PR, content development, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content development abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, organizational changes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, and website content.
• Create materials for employees, clients, partners, leadership, and external audiences.
• Support internal communications related to company initiatives and leadership communications.
• Coordinate external messaging with departments and leadership.
• Manage communication through digital channels and virtual meetings.
• Monitor and report on communication metrics and engagement.
