Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, content development, or marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals, initiatives, and business priorities.
• Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, organizational changes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, presentations, reports, internal communications, website content, and other materials.
• Prepare executive and leadership communications, announcements, and presentations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives.
