Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, content development, marketing communications, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, changes, projects, and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, presentations, reports, and website content.
• Prepare executive communications and leadership announcements.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for stakeholders and clients.
• Manage digital channels including email, intranets, newsletters, and virtual meetings.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support organizational change through communication materials and timelines.
