Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, content development, marketing communications, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, organizational changes, projects, and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, announcements, newsletters, and website content.
• Create materials for employees, clients, partners, and external audiences.
• Adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
• Maintain consistent organizational voice and messaging across materials.
• Support internal communications related to company initiatives and employee programs.
• Prepare executive communications and presentations.
• Coordinate company-wide communications and ensure on-schedule distribution.
• Help improve employee engagement through effective programs.
