Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, Business.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content-development abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communication projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience working with remote teams and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Coordinate communication plans for programs, changes, projects, and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
• Create materials for employees, clients, partners, leadership, and external audiences.
• Support internal communications and prepare executive communications and presentations.
• Coordinate external messaging with departments and leadership.
• Manage digital channels and virtual meetings, campaigns, and announcements.
• Monitor communication platforms and suggest improvements.
