Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal, corporate and/or executive communications experience in technology or financial services.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics.
• Experience developing communications for senior leaders and supporting executive programs.
• Experience creating and executing communications strategies to influence awareness and engagement.
• Strong presentation development including executive-ready PowerPoint materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly to support content development and planning.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop communications that advance priorities and engagement.
• Draft and deliver executive communications: presentations, talking points, announcements, videos, newsletters.
• Translate complex tech, AI, design, and customer experience into clear messaging.
• Identify human-centered stories showing impact and outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned to priorities.
• Lead programs from strategy through content, approvals, and measurement.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, town halls, leadership meetings, and site visits.
