Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal, corporate and/or executive communications experience in technology or financial services.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience developing communications for senior leaders and supporting executive programs.
• Experience creating strategies that influence awareness, understanding and engagement.
• Strong presentation development skills with executive-ready materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools for content development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop communications that advance strategic priorities and engagement.
• Draft and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations, talking points, and town halls.
• Translate complex technology, AI, design, and customer experience concepts into clear communications.
• Identify human-centered stories that showcase innovations and business outcomes.
• Develop strategic communications plans aligned to objectives and priorities.
• Lead programs from strategy through content development, approvals, execution and measurement.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and large-scale communications moments.
• Create speaker briefings and event content to drive participation and understanding.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis and content development.
