Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, business or a related field.
• Five (5) years of internal corporate communications experience, including management of an agency relationship.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience managing an Intranet transformation, preferably using SharePoint.
• Experience building content in SharePoint and other content management systems, UX, structure, layout.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages internal communications, community outreach and public relations plans.
• Oversees intranet strategy, content management and editorial standards.
• Leads employee engagement initiatives and coordinates with vendors and leadership.
• Gathers feedback to guide content for multiple media channels (print, email, web, events).
• Acts as spokesperson and conducts media training for leaders.
