Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) in Phoenix seeks a Communications Manager to lead a team of communications professionals, shaping internal and external messaging and aligning with editorial and brand standards.

You will partner with senior leaders, mentor staff, manage intranet and media relations, and measure outcomes to drive engagement and business results. This role offers broad visibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field.
Five (5) years of experience in internal corporate communications, including management of an agency relationship.
Two (2) years of leadership experience with direct reports.
Experience managing an Intranet transformation, preferably using SharePoint.

Responsabilités

Develops and manages execution of internal communications, community outreach and public relations strategic plans.
Monitors updates, outcomes, costs, engagement and timing of deliverables with stakeholders and vendors.
Leads intranet strategy, content management and editorial standards.
Oversees media relations and acts as company spokesperson with media outlets.
