Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of communications, public relations, corporate communications, or brand communications experience.
• Experience with public company comms preferred.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and communications partners.
• Proven success securing and managing earned media opportunities.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate sensitive/high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for consumer, corporate, and executive initiatives.
• Lead external PR agency management with clear objectives, KPIs, budgets, and expectations.
• Identify and secure high-impact media opportunities to increase brand relevance.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Content, Influencer, and Creative teams to integrate earned media into campaigns.
• Develop corporate storytelling strategies highlighting business, culture, sustainability, and growth.
• Lead visibility opportunities for founder and senior leadership through speaking engagements and media interviews.
• Draft executive messaging, talking points, and media preparation materials.
• Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Lead brand risk communications and crisis response planning with cross-functional partners.
