Vita Coco is the leading coconut water brand, committed to responsible sourcing and sustainable growth. The Senior Communications Manager will protect, promote, and elevate the brand through integrated communications across consumer, corporate, internal, and crisis channels.

The role sits in Marketing and partners with Leadership and ESG to shape narratives, manage agency relationships, and prepare for issues that could impact trust or performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of communications, public relations, or brand/ corporate communications experience.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and communications partners.
• Proven success securing and managing earned media opportunities.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborative and able to work across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for consumer, corporate, internal, and crisis communications to protect and elevate the Vita Coco brand.
• Lead external PR agency management with clear objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance expectations.
• Identify high-impact media opportunities to increase brand awareness, relevance, and credibility.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Content, Influencer and Creative teams to integrate earned media into campaigns and recaps.
