Vita Coco is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to protect, promote, and elevate our coconut water brand and corporate reputation across consumer, corporate, internal, and crisis communications. This role will own external PR agency management, executive thought leadership, internal programs, and enterprise brand risk communications.

It sits within Marketing and partners closely with Leadership, ESG, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of communications, public relations, corporate communications, or brand communications experience, in-house or at an agency.
• Experience with public company communications preferred.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and communications partners.
• Proven success securing and managing earned media opportunities.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborative and comfortable navigating across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop communication plans for launches, partnerships, sponsorships, retail moments, and milestones with earned media goals.
• Manage external PR agency with clear objectives, KPIs, budgets and performance expectations.
• Identify and secure high-impact media opportunities to raise Vita Coco's awareness and credibility.
• Lead corporate storytelling and executive visibility initiatives, including media interviews and thought leadership.
