Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on visual design, marketing materials, and mission-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with mission and field leadership, external organizations, and internal teams to gather information and respond to requests.
• Identify gaps, analyze needs, and propose practical solutions.
• Support Chief of Staff tasks and reporting requirements to headquarters.
• Create deliverables that meet compliance and quality standards.
• Contribute to strategic materials including graphics, videos, and SOPs.
• Disseminate information among customers and external stakeholders.
• Analyze requirement changes and recommend timely solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives and develop compelling visuals using PowerPoint.
