Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related area.
• 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst, sales operations support or commission analyst.
• Experience supporting a sales organization with multi-currency and FX rates.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation concepts: quotas, attainment, rates, draws, splits and claw backs.
• Proficient with Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand commission structures and calculations to process payments accurately and timely.
• Prepare and review commission reports for accuracy and reconciliation.
• Develop financial reporting/analysis related to commissions for various stakeholders.
• Investigate and respond to commission variances in a timely, professional manner.
• Leverage IT to enhance data analysis and predict future commissions based on sales behavior.
• Review processes for improvements and collaborate on automation where feasible.
• Identify and implement daily process improvements.
• Support additional accounting or operational projects as assigned.
