Job summary

Qualifications

Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field.
11–15 years of experience in power plant commissioning with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.
Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning.

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale commissioning projects, including budget and schedule oversight.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead technical validation and operational readiness assessments.
Act as subject matter expert in commissioning and startup processes.
Oversee turnover walkdowns and verification/testing to deliver a quality, tested handover.
