EXP is seeking aSenior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer to join our Sustainability Sector in North America, delivering commissioning services for efficient, healthy buildings.

You will develop commissioning plans, review owner requirements and work with contractors in the field to resolve issues, while writing field and final reports and supporting project pursuits across NA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commissioning, mechanical/electrical design, test and balance, or building automation system check-out.
• Experience with commissioning plans and field reports is required.

Be our next Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer!

In this role, you will be a part of the Sustainability Sector , providing commissioning services to clients across North America. Our sector supports both public and private sector clients as they work towards their goals for efficient, healthy buildings.

• Work with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations
• Reviewing owner project requirements
• Developing commissioning specifications
• Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests
• Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
• Working with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
• Writing field reports and final reports
• 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out
• ~ commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
