Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to lead L2/L3 commissioning for data center projects. You will coordinate with design teams, vendors, and owners to ensure systems meet owner requirements and design intent.

The role emphasizes OFCI tracking, complex MEP integration, and collaboration with commissioning agents during L4/L5 testing, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely handover.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction project management with a data center/MEP focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• Deep knowledge of complex data center MEP systems and commissioning lifecycle.
• Experience planning L2/L3 commissioning and familiarity with L4/L5 testing.
• Proficient in OFCI procurement, delivery, and installation processes.
• Working knowledge of Procore and P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of L2/L3 commissioning activities with vendors and trades.
• Assist in L4/L5 testing scripts and procedures in collaboration with commissioning agent.
• Communicate risks, schedule impacts, and progress to project team and client.
• Integrate commissioning with project schedules, tracking, and closure processes.
• Coordinate issue resolution with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage OFCI equipment tracking, submittals, and procurement issues.
• Lead commissioning kickoff meetings and mentor team members.
