Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced commissioning leader for a Lancaster, PA project. You will manage end-to-end commissioning activities for new and retrofit facilities, coordinating with architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years in general construction as MEP engineer/superintendent or related.
• Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience bridging field and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and QA/QC.
• ASHRAE commissioning certification or understanding of related process.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ability to interpret contract docs, owner requirements, drawings and schedules.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end commissioning from Level 1 to Level 5 for new or retrofit facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams.
• Implement policies to support schedule, obligations, and compliant project.
• Coordinate with QC and MEP teams for checklists and test scripts.
• Manage commissioning plan per client requirements and turnovers.
• Define on-site resource requirements for partners, vendors, and staff.
• Integrate startup/commissioning schedules into the project schedule.
• Collaborate with OFCI equipment vendors and QC managers.
• Lead commissioning meetings and contribute to QC plan development.
• Populate equipment database and dashboards for inspections and trends.
• Understand project documents and communicate expectations to partners.
• Participate in onboarding of new staff and vendors.
• Conduct OFCI/CFCI inspections with project teams.
