Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Commissioning Lead to manage end-to-end commissioning for new and retrofit facilities in the Dallas area. You will coordinate with QC, MEP teams, and trade partners to ensure compliance with owner project requirements and test scripts.

The role requires 12+ years in general construction with 5+ years in commissioning, experience with MEP systems, and the ability to interpret complex contract documents. Some travel to site locations will be needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited program.
• Minimum of 12 years of General Construction experience in MEP roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of Commissioning experience bridging field and engineering.
• ASHRAE Commissioning certification desired.
• Experience with Building Management Systems and environmental controls.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, owner requirements, drawings, specs and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities for Level 1–5 in new or retrofit facilities.
• Coordinate with QC, MEP teams, and trade partners to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Develop and manage Start-up and Commissioning schedules integrated with the project plan.
• Oversee OFCI/CFCI equipment delivery inspections and documentation.
• Facilitate commissioning meetings and support development of QC and commissioning plans.
• Travel to project sites as required and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
