Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead end-to-end commissioning and QC planning for new and retrofit facilities in the Philadelphia area. You will coordinate with Architects, Engineers, trade partners, and site operations to ensure compliance with owner requirements and project schedule.

The role requires extensive experience in MEP systems, commissioning processes, and fluency in interpreting contract documents and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 12+ years in general construction.
• Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience bridging field and engineering responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes across trades.
• ASHRAE Commissioning certification desired.
• Experience with Building Management Systems.
• Ability to interpret contract documents and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Commissioning activities for Level 1 through Level 5.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, trade partners, and operations teams to ensure compliant project delivery.
