Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead the Commissioning Project Management function and provide portfolio-level oversight for Testing & Commissioning across SOLV Energy projects. This role is fully remote and will coordinate with HV and BESS/PV leaders to integrate technical scope into the overall plan.

The role requires 8+ years in EPC commissioning or project delivery, strong leadership, and mastery of scheduling, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in EPC commissioning, project management, or delivery of utility-scale projects.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into commissioning deliverables and schedules.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities across multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sr. Commissioning Project Management team with direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Standardize the Sr. CPM operating model across regions and project types.
• Maintain portfolio visibility of commissioning schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Ensure each project has clear ownership, integrated commissioning plans, and turnover procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Field Testing.
