Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience with mechanical, electrical and controls disciplines.
• Willingness to travel to site-based locations as needed.
• Licensed PE or field technician with strong understanding of MEP systems and HVAC controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and systems engineering.
• Understanding of project accounting and financial management tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact between the client and HDR and direct and manage all Commissioning activities on the project
• Adhere to budgeted man-hours and execute commissioning services
• Coordinate with the client and assist the contractors in scheduling the commissioning activities: plans, pre-functional checklists, functional performance tests, training plans, O&M, record document and shop drawing reviews and opposed season testing
• Perform other duties as needed
