Job summary

Dürr Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced site supervisor for electrical installation coordination and project oversight in Michigan/Southfield. The role requires coordinating between PM, engineering, and site leadership to ensure adherence to standards and timely project delivery.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, contribute to safety and quality programs, and provide commissioning support and on-site start-up. Extensive travel (90%) is expected across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the electrical installation and on-site coordination with PM, engineering and senior site management.
• Manage all subcontractors on site and monitor safety and quality programs.
• Organize and attend meetings, issue minutes, and coordinate documentation for subcontractor equipment test and handover.
• Provide commissioning support, start-up, and debugging of equipment.
• Verify hardwired installation and record baseline data.
• Generate reports and support field operations across projects.
