Responsibilities

• Estimate control panel and wiring costs.
• Manage control panel assembly and allocate resources to meet schedules.
• Maintain costs history and supplier data.
• Oversee preventative maintenance procedures for shop equipment.
• Attend manufacturing strategy meetings and input direction.
• Purchase electrical components.
• Supervise union personnel, including hiring and layoffs.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction in electrical panel shop.
