Job summary

Dürr is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead on-site electrical work at customer sites in Southfield, MI. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure adherence to engineering drawings and codes, and coordinate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Master electrician qualification or comparable professional credential.
• At least 3+ years in electrical installation supervision.
• Experience leading industrial electrical installation for machinery or large-scale systems.
• Experience installing power-distribution systems and heavy-duty stations.
• Experience with industrial networks (Ethernet, PROFINET).
• Knowledge of US/European codes (NEC, EN 60204-1, UL 508A, NFPA).
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical installation activities at customer sites.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor safety, quality, schedule, and contract completion.
• Serve as site liaison among project stakeholders and commissioning teams.
• Ensure installations conform to drawings, specs, and codes.
• Conduct pre-job walkthroughs and resolve jurisdictional issues.
• Lead site coordination meetings and document decisions.
