Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or electrician background required.
• Experience with electrical distribution, building interconnectivity, and system integration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Execute and oversee functional testing, factory witness testing, and on-site validation.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Interpret contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead commissioning meetings and communicate findings with clients and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and support training initiatives.
• Complete field reports, documentation, and time management.
• Support scheduling and revenue targets.
