Job summary

Dürr Systems USA is seeking a seasoned construction supervisor to lead commercial and industrial projects from mobilization through completion. You will coordinate multiple trades and contractors, ensuring safe, timely execution while adhering to plans, codes, and budgets.

Based in Michigan with a strong focus on OSHA compliance and quality assurance, you will work with engineers, architects, customers, and internal teams to deliver complex installations and building-system integrations for

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recent commercial or industrial construction experience at a journeyman or supervisory level.
• Experience supervising or managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of structural, civil, architectural, and building systems.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and site safety.
• Experience with larger-scale or complex construction projects; public, institutional, industrial, or complex private developments preferred.
• Background may include licensing as a General Contractor or Onsite Project Manager; NASCLA exams may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage commercial and industrial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction phases to support safe, timely project execution.
• Oversee ground-up construction, additions, renovations, and structural or building-systems integration work.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and project requirements.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and overall site execution.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and code-compliance activities as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on OSHA requirements, site safety, and risk management.
• Work cross-functionally with project teams, contractors, engineers, architects, customers, and other stakeholders.
