Siemens Healthineers seeks a Commission Analyst to join the Commissions team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Commissions Director, you will analyze, report, and improve commission processes across sales and business lines.

Role involves collaboration with Field Sales, management, and multiple departments within Healthineers, with opportunities to drive changes to existing concepts and methodologies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Systems or related degree.
• 7+ years of experience in finance/controlling/accounting/database management.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and resolve complex issues.
• Experience building financial models and analyzing commission payments.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
• Proficient with SAP, Varicent or similar database tools and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Commission performance reporting for Finance and reconcile commission statements.
• Perform budget/actual variance analysis and assess target achievement.
• Prepare and distribute the Key commission Data package during monthly/quarterly closings.
• Process monthly and quarterly commission payments.
• Understand commission plans and validate incoming data.
