Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in commercial credit analysis or portfolio management.
• Ability to develop analytic and risk management skills; sound judgment in credit decisions.
• Familiarity with diverse industries and commercial property types.
• Knowledge of commercial lending policies and credit risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial information of customers to assess repayment ability and credit risk.
• Prepare analytical credit memoranda detailing risks and collateral evaluation.
• Ensure loan agreements comply with approvals and support timely closings.
• Monitor loan portfolio for conformity with terms and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Special Assets in managing problem loans and reducing charge-offs.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.
• Stay current on market and industry trends and regulatory changes.
