Responsibilities

• Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
• Develop and execute business development strategy to acquire new commercial business.
• Conduct sales calls and visits to business customers and prospects to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Coordinate portfolio management with Credit Analysts and Banking Assistants.
• Ensure AML/BSA compliance and maintain internal controls and risk policies.
• Prepare loan packages and present to Loan Committee for approvals.
• Represent the Bank in networking and community functions and achieve market objectives.
