Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business or related field (BA, etc.).
• Ten+ years of proven success in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to analyze markets and prospects; consultative sales.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong relationships with business, civic and governmental groups.

Responsibilities

• Set business development strategy for the assigned market and pursue opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls to business clients and prospects to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Analyze financials to assess viability and credit quality.
• Coordinate portfolio management with Credit Analysts and assistants.
• Ensure AML/BSA compliance and risk management across activities.
