Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Training, Rare Disease, to lead the development and execution of full-year training programs for field personnel across the Rare Disease portfolio.

You will manage agency projects, regulatory approvals, and best-practice sharing globally and in the U.S., ensuring impactful, compliant learning initiatives. The role involves hands-on facilitation, curriculum design, and collaboration with marketing and HR to drive program

Qualifications

• At least 8 years biopharma commercial experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Rare Disease.
• Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of selling principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the delivery of field force training programs for the Rare disease commercial team(s).
• Implement and enhance the 4-step Rare training program, including evolution of the RARE training brand.
• Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.
• Oversee training in key areas: training materials, stocking, shipping.
• Research new training materials and supplies to enhance procedures.
• On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions; suggest program enhancements.
• Identify future training needs and create curricula accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive program development and implementation.
• Maintain and deliver training content via IPSEN Global Learning Platform, ACTO, and other systems.
• Manage administration and execution of certification and monitor program budgets.
