You will coordinate resolution and completion of complex commercial title processes, underwrite commitments and policies, and work with attorneys and internal teams to drive accurate outcomes.

The role emphasizes underwriting judgment, title search/exam precision, and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial title underwriting and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with title search, exam processes, and policy issuance.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and clients.

Responsabilités

• Provides underwriting support and authorization for commercial title insurance commitments and policies.
• Underwrites title commitments and endorsements within delegated authority.
• Guides internal teams on real estate settlement services.
• Reviews title comment letters, endorsements, and legal descriptions.
• Performs and reviews complete title searches for complex commercial transactions.
• Analyzes liens, easements, and other title matters to identify requirements and risks.
• Prepares and reviews title commitments, endorsements, and policies.
