Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of real estate title and settlement process.
• General knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to real estate title insurance and settlement services.
• Ability to collaborate and act decisively.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies.
• Underwrites issuance of title insurance within delegated authority limits and adheres to company processes.
• Guides real estate settlement services and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
