Qualifications

• - 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• - Experience managing commercial tenant improvement, renovation, or new-construction projects.
• - Ability to independently manage projects from mobilization through closeout.
• - Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
• - Experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades.
• - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• - Working knowledge of jobsite safety requirements and quality-control procedures.
• - Strong scheduling, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• - Clear and professional communication with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
• - Comfortable using construction-management software and mobile field-reporting tools.
• - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• - Ability and willingness to travel based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for commercial TI, renovation, and new-construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or changing field conditions.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Maintain daily logs, progress photographs, safety documentation, and field reports.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure projects meet quality standards and contract requirements.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Identify potential change orders, scheduling conflicts, and constructability concerns.
• Manage punch lists, inspections, closeout documentation, and final turnover.
• Ensure materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors are available when needed.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, property managers, and project partners.
• Travel to project locations as required.
