Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for a fast-growing Texas commercial contractor. You will own on-site execution and drive schedule, safety, and quality across projects typically in the $3–5M range and up to $33M.

Travel to active sites with per diem provided; collaboration with a stable leadership team is key. 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience running 3–5M+ commercial projects is preferred.
• Exposure to multiple project types (healthcare, retail, warehouse, hospitality) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction on commercial projects.
• Own the schedule, subcontractors, safety, and quality on site.
• Oversee subcontractors directly at each jobsite.
• Travel to active projects with per diem provided.
